In short, Raj, speaking through Paul Tuttle, claims to have been the source of the words transcribed by Helen Schucman and Bill Thetford that resulted in the three volume book known as A Course in Miracles. In recent years NWFFACIM has reorganized itself as a church. The main church facility is the Tuttle family residence, which may or may not be open to the public.
